Prior to Baku, Anna has worked with local non-profits and international development organizations in the U.S., Russia, the Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, and Vietnam. Her area of expertise includes development and fundraising, communications and building stakeholder networks, and youth and volunteer management. Anna holds an MA in Public Policy and Management from the University of York.
