Mrs. Salimova joined Eurasia Partnership Foundation to support organization’s financial system. Elnara Salimova has 6-years of experience in finance field. Elnara worked in various local and international non-governmental organizations as a finance employee. She works as a finance manager of Eurasia Partnership Foundation since December 2015. Elnara holds her bachelor’s and master’s degree from Baku State University. She has since continued to hone her knowledge and skills through several local and international finance courses, as well as improving her understanding of international principles and best practices in human resource management and procurement fields. She is able to work effectively in diverse cultures and contexts, aware of gender and other sensitivities. Her role is assisting the Operation Team in its daily tasks, being available for the HR management, administrative and financial needs
